The mission of the eMentor Program is to enhance the quality of education and learning of students and to empower faculty and staff through sharing and nurturing their talents and strengths. The eMentor program is meant to provide both junior and senior faculty and staff participants in a mentoring relationship with an opportunity for professional development and sharing within the academic context in a safe and supportive way. Our goal is to supplement the existing campus-based mentoring programs, not to replace them. eMentors are one more resource available to promote the success of the faculty and staff at Hawai‘i’s two-year colleges.
